CO Day idea - always online
I think the CO Day event should be broadcast live every year.

Re: CO Day idea - always online
Do we want to define a policy on recording/broadcasting events online? I agree that CO Day should be broadcast live every year.
I am also happy that the webinars are recorded and made available online and via YouTube, though we probably need to make it clear to the audience, as well as to speakers, that the events are being recorded and made publicly available.
There may be other events that we record for our own purposes but do NOT want to broadcast or make available online (e.g. EC meetings to aid the minute taker). The AGM may be an instance where we want to discuss whether it should (if it can) be broadcast live and whether all/some should be recorded and made publicly available.

I certainly think it's something we need to discuss ahead of the AGM.
At the beginning of our webinars we always announce that it's being recorded and shared live on Facebook.
